Recipe

Sweet potatoes:
First wash all the sweet potatoes, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Preheat the oven around 200 degrees celsius (hot air).
Put the slices on a baking plate, spread some oil on the slices, then salt and rosemary.
Put the baking plate for aprox. 20 to 30 minutes into the oven (the time depends on the thickness of the slices and the type of sweet potatoes).

The Dip:
Mix a cup of yoghurt with a cup of sour cream, grate a big piece of ginger in it and 4 rods of lemongrass, squeeze the juice of half a lemon in the dip mix it and season it with a pinch of salt.
